We offer photography, videography, marketing content creation, and related services. The specific scope of work will be outlined in project proposals, quotes, or agreements provided to you.

2. Project Proposals & Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Changes to the project scope may result in additional charges.

Work begins after written confirmation and any required deposit is received.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement or invoice.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in paused work or late fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client-initiated cancellations made after work has begun may result in charges for time and resources already committed.

Rescheduling requests must be made with reasonable notice. Fees may apply for last-minute changes.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

Final Deliverables – Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the final agreed-upon deliverables for their intended purpose.

Raw Files – All raw photo, video, and project files remain the property of Forge Digital Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Portfolio Use – We reserve the right to use completed work for our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before the project starts.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to complete the project.

Obtain all required permissions for locations, people, and materials included in the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays, loss, or damages beyond our control, including weather, technical failures, or third-party issues. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

8. Revisions

The number of included revisions will be stated in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond that may be billed at our standard hourly rate.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated date.
